Hello! I'm Daphne. I joined Covered With Care LLC in 2025, bringing with me more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Earlier in my career, I served as a Senior Buyer for several major hospitals throughout Maryland, where I developed a strong commitment to service, attention to detail, and advocating for the needs of others.

I was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, where my interest in insurance began at an early age. My father owned a local insurance agency in our hometown, and watching him serve the community inspired my appreciation for the role insurance can play in protecting families. As the eldest of six siblings, I naturally developed a nurturing spirit and a strong sense of responsibility—qualities that continue to guide the way I serve my clients today.

Now based in Baltimore, Maryland, I’m passionate about helping individuals understand their Medicare and Life insurance options with clarity and confidence. I know that choosing coverage can sometimes feel overwhelming, so my goal is to provide personalized guidance, education, and compassionate support every step of the way.

My husband and I have been happily married for 36 years, and we are proud parents of two wonderful children. Our son and his family live in Aberdeen, Maryland, and our daughter lives abroad in Normandy, France—two places we love visiting whenever we have the chance. Family is at the center of my life, and I bring that same care and dedication to every client I have the privilege of serving.
