Hello! I’m Kimberly, founder of Covered With Care LLC. My passion for helping seniors navigate Medicare began in 2013 when I returned to South Carolina from Maryland to help care for my aging grandparents and manage their healthcare needs. During that time, I discovered my grandfather had unknowingly been enrolled in two Medicare plans. That experience opened my eyes to how easily seniors can be confused or taken advantage of—and it became the driving force behind my work today.

With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to helping clients understand their coverage. My background includes roles as a hospital secretary, medical office administrative assistant, and health insurance claims processor, giving me insight into both the healthcare system and the insurance side of it.

As a proud native of South Carolina’s Pee Dee region and the eldest of five siblings, caring for others has always come naturally to me. Known to my family as “Auntie Kim,” I enjoy traveling, sightseeing, and spending time with loved ones. Through Covered With Care LLC, my mission is simple: to make Medicare and health coverage easier to understand so every client feels confident, informed, and truly cared for.
